Okay, well i went on another date with Jake last night, and it was LITERALLY the best date of my lifeee!

Kay so i'm gonna number again like i did last time haha

1. He picked me up around 6 again, and we went to a mexican restaurant. I'm not that crazy about mexican food... but then again, I am a picky eater - and Jake is determined to "expand my tastes" so for probably the next 2 months, he's taking me to all these restaurants I'd NEVER eat at. woohoo. lmao
But anyway, i sucked it up and put on a good face for him. So I ate what I got (which was a burrito bowl or something) and pretended to like it lmao. But then again, now that I did that, we'll be back... great. lol

2. After dinner, we ran into some girl named Claire from another school. She was with Scotty!! The guy who liked me. AND THEY WERE ON A DATE!!! o.O it was weird. But haha we talked to them for a bit, which was cool, but it started getting cold and we were all standing outside so near the end, I wasn't enjoying socializing in the cold so much haha

3. After talking with Claire and Scotty, we went to the movie theater to watch "2012". Great movie! I recommend you see it We got a large popcorn and shared that for a while, but after we both got sick of popcorn, he lifted up the arm rest that was inbetween us and then put his arm around me and I rest my head on his shoulder. It was awesome - aside from the fact that the side of my chair was digging into my back the whole movie (btw 2012 is a LONG movie). But it was still nice.

4. After the movie, we went to my house back up to my theater to watch "Caddyshack" lol. Funny movie But we sat in the same chair (haha they're big cushy chairs) and he held onto both of my hands the whole time. Sometimes he'd gently stroke his thumb across my hand which I know probably sounds weird, but it was actually really nice. And at the beginning of the movie, as he had his arm around me, holding onto both of my hands, he said "I like this... no i love this" and he gave me a really tight hug and I smiled hehe. Then around like 10:50, i started getting really tired, b/c all week I had stayed up till 1am working on stupid homework, and then waking up at 7 for school. So i've been EXHAUSTED! And then near the middle of the movie, he lifted my hand to his face and kissed my hand and said, "I'd been wanting to do that for a while" and I was tired, so i was kinda mumbly (haha), but I said, "Well I liked it". And then I actually was so tired that I started falling asleep and he kept laughing at certain points in the movie, or pointing out what kind of car it was that just drove by on screen. He noticed after a while that I wasn't responding to anything he was saying, and he's like "You asleep?" and I was like "I'm getting there". So occasionally in the movie, he'd just hug me again and I'd smile, but my eyes were always closed. I was so tired.

5. We finished the movie around 11:40, and he still had time, so he decided that we should watch football. I could care less, b/c I was so tired that I just planned on going back to sleep lol. So i gave him the remote and told him how to work it (b/c the remote is that confusing). and after like 10 minutes of watching football, he said "This is a good night. Football and my girlfriend". And then of course, the projector starts malfunctioning. The volume goes ALL the way up and we can't take it back down. And it was KILLING my ears b/c it's a legit movie theater, so imagine you going to a movie theater in town and standing RIGHT next to the speakers, but with the sound being louder. It kills. So i suggested turning it off then back on, so he did that, but it didn't help. We got sound, but no picture. So we gave up and turned it back off and the lights were dimmed really low from the movie, so we just sat there for a good 15 minutes and I was falling asleep.

6. When it was time for him to go, he couldn't bring himself to leave, and I didn't want him to leave either. He said, "i have to go, but I don't want to" and he sat up a tiny bit, but i held his arm really tight while I was still laying down and my eyes were still closed and I just kinda mumbled lol. And after like 3 attempts of leaving, but not leaving b/c he really didn't want to, I finally sat up and he copied me. And we just sat there for a while and I looked like I had just woken up, which I guess makes sense b/c I did just wake up.. haha. And we just looked each other in the eyes for like 2 minutes. And then he laughed. And i was like, "What?" and he's like "nothing" and I'm like "What??" and he's like "nothing" and I'm like "there's definitely something" and he's like "I don't know how you'd respond." I was sooo confused. "I wanna know," I said. Then he just looked at me and with all honesty said, "I really want to kiss you right now." I was actually pretty shocked. I mean, I have never had my first kiss before, and I've never had someone flat out say that to me before either haha so I said, "Not now." and he's like "okay.." hahaha and I was like, "I want it to be a surprise. And anyway, I don't want my first kiss to be in the theater." He said he could respect that, but he wondered what was wrong with the theater, so I said, "First of all, I don't think it's a great place for a first kiss. Second of all, my parents have camera's in here" LOL! He flipped it was so funny. He started turning in all directions looking for camera's and was like "Oh my god, are you serious?" And I was like "yea, so I don't want to do anything like that in here.." he like spent the next 2 minutes flipping about how insane that was haha but i agree with him. Then he's like "Ugh, I hate to do this, but I really do have to leave now," so i was like "okay" and then he's like "lets take the elevator this time" (yes i have an elevator too lol. It's mostly for my dog who has arthritis in her legs. The stairs are too steep for her, so she takes the elevator everywhere haha) So we both got in the elevator and we had to go from the third floor to the first. And the elevator is kinda slow, so throughout the whole ride, I just hugged him really tight with my face by his neck, and my eyes closed. I WAS SO TIRED! lol Then when we got to the first floor, it was kinda awkward cause we both walked out and my parents saw us and just kinda smiled awkwardly at us. lmao

7. So I went outside and he asked me to walk him to his car again. So we walked to his car holding hands, and then when we got there, I just hugged him really tight, and then when I lifted my head, his eyes met mine and we stood there for like a minute like that. Then he said "you're breathing pretty heavily" and i was like "I'm just tired.." which was a stupid excuse lol. But the real reason was b/c I was so scared that he was going to kiss me. Idk if it was me being not ready for it yet, or just me being nervous. And then he's like "Can I have a kiss?" (at least he asked. But i still kinda want it to be a surprise lol) and I was like "You can have a kiss on the cheek" in a really sweet bargaining voice haha idk. And he's like "aww okay" hehe So we both gave each other kisses on the cheek and then we were holding hands still, and as he walked like a foot closer to his car, he kissed my hand again and then slowly let go of it again. He's amazingggg

8. I walked back inside in such a daze that my parent's were looking at me as if I were high or something LOL! And I was so dazed that I actually tripped and was embarrassed. lol then i realized my parents had the big square remote that has a big screen on it and were giggling. I walked over to them, looked, and was like "ARE YOU WATCHING THE SECURITY TAPES IN THE THEATER??" and they burst out laughing I was so embarrassed so i just stole it from them and marched off lmao
